There seem to be some problems with this process. I applied for an account today. Started using the website, but as my browser did not support the webcam plugin I was told to use a mobile phone app. I downloaded that and used the app to go through the verification via the video identification process and completed that successfully. After that the account was still not activated and I am now told by your customer service that I have not completed the verification process. There are obviously some problems in the way your systems interact with the third party handling the video identification process and my experience today was neither easy, fast nor hassle-free. I am still waiting for the account to be opened

You do not need any document for proof of address. The only document needed for the video identification process is your passport.

I tried today. First lady did not speak English and terminated the video, Second lady terminated it after I apparently failed to move my hand in front of my face correctly, third gentlemen said he could not get a clear picture of my passport and to go through the mobile app. I do not use my mobile for apps even though it is a smartphone. So I've given up and emailed them by replying to their email to say to delete my passport picture and my photo.

I'm unable to verify it's just constantly hanging around "8-10 people in front of you" I'm on android and mac using chrome in both cases. Any other ways to verify?

Account verification is poor. Average waiting time of 2 minutes is rubbish as I've been waiting for over 30 minutes and still no further.
