Probably a simple question. I can't seem to complete a checkout procedure when I use my Fidor digital card for online transactions. I get to a page which says that I should open the Fidor Web Browser and when I log on to my account, nothing happens. I am not getting email transatction notifications (which are turned on). What am I doing wrong? I'm sure I will feel foolish when this is answered !

I'm not sure exactly what is going on there. Try turning email notifications off and trying the transaction, if that doesn't work we'll have to wait for Customer Service to see the error and advise in the morning.
