Hello i had open the account with fidor bank yesterday and couple hours ago i pass the ID verification to get the Debit card but when i'm logging in i still see the VERIFY NOW button to get the card and when i'm pressing it i'm getting message Action not available what i should do ? i didn't get any notifications from fidor bank..

There seem to be some sort of error with the identification procedure meaning the video identification was unfortunately unsuccessful.
Kindly log out of the account, wait for between 30 minutes to 1 hour and try again.

Did you tried to contact support by email? I did myself and they answered very fast and without problems.

Rather than just waiting an hour have you also tried shutting your browser and then starting it up again? If using Safari or Chrome try say Firefox or Internet Explorer, as you may have luck with a different browser. If not, you will need to contact support, but they are closed at the weekend.

if you received a confirmation email stating ID was successful then it could possibly be a delay in updating?
