How does one activate their Fidor Debit Card?
I received it in the post today, but the instructions on the carrier does not match that on website when logged in.
I have successfully retrieved my PIN (as described in Step 3), bit there is no "Activate Card" link (Step 1) and therefore cannot get to Step 2 of entering the CVC2 code. I have however, managed to view the card online, and the 16 digit card number and CVC2 code matches that on the physical card. The card is also "unlocked".
Does this mean my card is activated for use?

I'm honestly not 100% sure if your cards been activated..
Could you please contact customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org and inquire, they will be able to help you.

you controll the cards activity/inactivity on the website. you can activate or block at any time
